About D2C Cares

Our History

D2C Cares was founded with a vision to break the cycle of incarceration by providing a pathway to success for individuals reentering society. Recognizing the struggles many face after leaving the justice system—such as employment barriers, lack of stable housing, and mental health challenges—D2C Cares was created to offer real solutions. Built on the belief that every person deserves a second chance, we provide industry certifications, job placements in construction, and essential life resources to help individuals rebuild their futures. Though we are a newly established foundation, our commitment to restoring hope and transforming lives is unwavering.

Our Mission

At D2C Cares, our mission is to "Rebuild Lives and Restore Hope." We are dedicated to empowering formerly incarcerated individuals by providing training, certification, and job placement in the construction industry. Beyond employment, we offer critical support services, including housing assistance, mental health counseling, and life coaching, ensuring a holistic approach to reentry success. By giving individuals the tools to rebuild their lives, we create stronger communities and a brighter future for all.

How We Help

D2C Cares offers a comprehensive support system for individuals transitioning back into society, including:

  • Construction Job Training & Certification – We provide hands-on training and OSHA certifications to help individuals secure stable jobs in the construction industry.
  • Employment Placement – We partner with construction companies to connect participants with employers eager to hire skilled, certified workers.
  • Housing Assistance – We help individuals find safe and stable housing, reducing the risk of homelessness and recidivism.
  • Mental Health & Counseling Services – Our team offers guidance, therapy, and support to address the emotional and psychological challenges that come with reentry.
  • Mentorship & Life Skills Development – We equip individuals with financial literacy, communication skills, and personal development resources to help them thrive.
