Our services include prior offenders who have achieved licensing in fields like plumbing, electrical, welding, and safety management teaching courses to prepare offenders for re-entry. We help participants earn OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications, which are essential requirements in the construction industry today. We also teach them how to apply and gain entry into local union apprenticeship programs and trade schools.
By investing in the successful reintegration of formerly incarcerated individuals, we aim to reduce recidivism, strengthen communities, and create lasting, positive change.
